"jetzt" is built so that your data never leaves your device. The app has no server, no user account, no tracking and no ads. It collects no personal data.
What data does the app process?
- Your input (tasks, energy/battery levels, settings) is stored exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.
- Calendar (optional): With your permission, the app reads the time of your next appointment to estimate how much time you currently have. This information is used only on the device, not stored and not transmitted. You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings.
- Feedback: Feedback written in the app is stored locally first. It leaves your device only when you tap "send" yourself and share it via your device's share menu. The recipient then receives the text you wrote.
No collection, no tracking
The app contains no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No usage data, no location data and no device identifiers are collected for analytics purposes.
Distribution via the app stores
The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play. In doing so, Apple and Google process data under their own responsibility (e.g. your account address for the purchase/download, crash reports, basic usage statistics). We have no influence over this; the providers' privacy policies apply:

Retention period
Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Feedback you have sent remains with the recipient until they delete it.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Since the app's data is stored exclusively on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time — in the app or by uninstalling. For questions, or regarding feedback you have sent, contact jetzt.app@mail.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

This statement will be updated when the app changes. The current version is always available at this address.
